If your item didn’t fit quite right or wasn’t what you expected, we’re more than happy to send you a new size or alternative item, with free express delivery, of course.
Many of our customers end up loving their items once they’ve got the perfect fit!

But if you'd still prefer a refund, that’s absolutely okay.
Here’s how the process works:

You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund.

📩 What to do:

  1. Email us at contact@formivelle.com briefly explaining why you’d like a refund.

💳 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your completed form, our team will process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days, depending on your card provider, for the funds to appear.
